What are the club membership terms?

When you order our Welcome Pack for £5.90 (free postage) you automatically start a no obligation Club Creo subscription. After your Welcome Pack, we will send you a new kit containing creative, fun crafts once a month for just £14.90 (+ £2.90 postage). All your kits will just drop through your letterbox.

At any time, you can choose to skip a month by logging into My Pages or can email or phone us to cancel your subscription.

Questions about our kits

What do the kits cost?

We always give you an extra low price on the first kit, our Welcome Pack, so that you and your child can try it out and see what you both think. The Welcome Pack only costs £5.90 and you get free postage! The monthly kits then cost £14.90 (+ postage at £2.90).

How often do the kits arrive?

Your Welcome Pack will arrive within about 10 working days of your order. After that, you get a new craft kit on around the 20th to 25th of every month.

How do I know what each month’s kit will contain?

When you subscribe to Club Creo’s craft kits, you get access to the My Pages section of our website www.clubcreo.com/en. Here you can see what your next kit is going to contain each month.

What kinds of crafts do the kits contain?

The aim behind our concept is for you and your child to receive a variety of creative high-quality hobby materials. Each month’s kit has a different theme so your child can explore a range of different craft materials and techniques in a relaxed and fun way. Read more about our concept here.

What age are the crafts suitable for?

The contents of our kits are suitable for children aged 4–14 but everyone is welcome to have a go.

The kits all contain the same materials but the instructions enable different levels of difficulty depending on age and skill. Younger children may need the help of an adult at some stages while older children will be able to do the crafts themselves.

How much do the kits contain?

The content of each kit is intended for 1 child but in many cases, there will be enough for more children to each make something. It depends slightly on the theme of the kit concerned.

How will we know what to do with the craft materials?

Every kit comes with a leaflet containing tips and ideas plus step-by-step pictures of what to do with the materials. We also give you extra ideas and tips in our blog.

What is the quality of the materials like?

We work with one of the biggest suppliers of craft materials in the Nordic countries to ensure top quality and top creativity!

Our supplier complies with REACH standards in terms of quality and the environment. REACH stands for registration, evaluation, approval and restriction of chemicals and is an EU Regulation adopted to improve protection of human health and the environment from risks that can be caused by chemicals.

Are your products CE marked?

All products that require CE marking carry a CE marking. This means that the product meets all the safety requirements in terms of mechanical and physical properties, flammability and migration of certain substances under the Toy Safety Directive (Directive 2009/48/EC). Paint, clay, glue, felt tips, etc. are examples of this kind of product.

Can I buy your kits anywhere else?

No. Our kits are unique and specially put together for Club Creo so you won’t find them anywhere else.

My subscription

Why haven’t I received confirmation of my purchase?

Immediately after you place your order, you should automatically receive an order confirmation by email. Contact us if you have not received this and we will check what has gone wrong.

I have changed my mind and do not want to receive the Welcome Pack I ordered. What do I do?

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we have time to cancel your delivery.

If you have changed your mind after receiving your Welcome Pack, you have 14 days to cancel. Contact us within this time and let us know that you have changed your mind. This right only applies if you have not opened the packaging.

If you have already paid for your Welcome Pack within the 14-day period, we will naturally reimburse you as soon as we receive your returned pack.  Read more under “How do I return a product?”

Can I skip a kit one month?

Yes, you can choose to skip a kit one month. If you log into My Pages, you can see the details of the next kits coming each month and can choose to skip one if you wish.

How do I pay for my kits?

You can choose to pay by card or PayPal in connection with your purchase of our welcome package. At the same time, you automatically give permission for Club Creo to deduct the subscription amount each month from your credit/debit card or PayPal account, as long as you are a member of Club Creo. The amount is automatically deducted from your card on the 1st of each month.

I want to end my subscription. What do I do?

Our craft kits will drop through your letterbox on around the 20th to 25th of every month. If you want to cancel your subscription, we need to know by the end of the month so that we can stop ongoing shipping. You can see your latest cancellation date on My Pages. Email info@clubcreo.co.uk to tell us that you want to cancel.

 Don’t forget to include the issue you are contacting us about, your customer number and your full name and address details so we can find you in our customer database.

 You have the right to cancel your Welcome Pack within 14 days. Read more under the question “I have changed my mind and do not want to receive the Welcome Pack I ordered. What do I do?”

Payment options

What payment options are there?

You can choose to pay by card or PayPal in connection with your purchase of our welcome package. At the same time, you automatically give permission for Club Creo to deduct the subscription amount each month from your credit/debit card or PayPal account, as long as you are a member of Club Creo. The amount is automatically deducted from your card on the 1st of each month.

Updating card details

Where can I change my card details?

Log into My Pages. Click “My payment details” in the menu. Then click “Update card details”.

Enter your new card details and click UPDATE CARD DETAILS. To make sure, check that the right details have been saved under “Stored card details”.

Returns/Complaints

I have received the wrong kit/a damaged kit. What do I do?

Tell us about errors within a reasonable time after you have noticed or should have noticed the error. If a product is damaged or otherwise faulty, we will naturally replace it free of charge. Email info@clubcreo.co.uk.

 Don’t forget to include the issue you are contacting us about, your customer number and full name and address details so we can find you in our customer database.

How do I complain about a craft kit?

Tell us about errors within a reasonable time after you have noticed or should have noticed the error. If a product is damaged or otherwise faulty, we will naturally replace it free of charge. If you have a complaint, please contact our customer services and wait for further instructions. Email info@clubcreo.co.uk about your complaint.

How do I return a kit?

If you are dissatisfied with any product you receive from us, please contact our customer services team on info@clubcreo.co.uk. We retain the right to request a return of any faulty goods sent by mail to
